Good morning, @Teej, sending extra good wishes for your appointment today. Try not to worry about doing anything else today, if possible. What you are going through there is big enough for one day.
Good morning, @Former-Member, sending morning hugs your way. I echo @eth's suggestion to be as kind and gentle with yourself as possible at this time.
Good morning, Niqua. Hope today's outings bring fresh feelings for you and the dogs too. @Former-Member
Hi again, @outlander, have had some more sleep since we crossed paths in your chat thread earlier. Best wishes with your appointment today.
Hi, @Bunniekins, thanks so much for your positive feedback. On another note, you asked me to give you updates about my new bathers. They've arrived. And yesterday I went for a dip in the ocean, my first for two years! Thanks for the encouragement with that. Hope whatever you get up to today is rewarding.
Good morning, @eth, I can't remember where I read about the degenerative aspect of bipolar but just googling it brought up a lot of links. I think the main thing is, it tends to get worse if untreated. There may also be some cognitive impairment that happens over time, something I feel has occurred very slowly over a long time for me. I just don't have the super sharp mind I had when I was younger. That could be aging and other factors though too. I'd suggest looking it up and doing some reading to see what you think. Would be interested to hear your thoughts arising from that. Thanks for the good wishes about art class. Hope you enjoy your day with support worker too.
Hi to everyone else in this thread. Good vibes for this day to you.

@Mazarita OMG! That is fantastic! Nothing better than a dip in the ocean how wonderful. Did you have the beach to yourself? I am so proud of you after two years that so brilliant!
And congrats on your video that is brilliant too. Two big positives in two days that is so good. That really has made me smile to hear. Love gp.

@Bunniekins, you are the best to get smiles from my positive news. Do you have anything in mind to do today?

@Mazarita Yes Mazarita I am setting myself up a get well plan. Of things that I want to do in order which I will stick to my wall. I basically know already but haven't written it down yet. It will go something like this ...
1. get fitter, eat right, drink water, lose weight. (remember don't take it too far). I have a habit of going way to far and getting way to thin because I start obsessing about food etc.
2. keep taking medications and stay on track with improving being sociable, making friends and acquaintances in rl.
3. when I feel up to it start my study again and finish and get a good job to support myself and my children.
I figure this will be a years amount of work with the study happening either mid year or towards the end but that is okay health first.
I actually feel very positive for the first time in years. 🙂

@Bunniekins, that is fabulous! You have written them down now - here. All you need to do is copy and paste the text onto your own wall sheet and print it out.
Great that you are focussed on health first, as that is the foundation of everything. You are like me in seeking more connection in real life in my current locality. Step by step will get us there.
How wonderful that you are going to finish studying. What was your area of interest? (You may have told me this already but my mind is like a sieve sometimes).

Snap, @Former-Member, we posted within seconds of each other. Are you too far from the ocean to get there now?
