@BunniekinsI did politics and dropped out of philosophy, but like Maz found PND too infighting for me. So I just got on with things in my personal way.  Funny that happens when the objective is PEACE.

I have been in 2 musical events about Peace in last few months ... a cantata and a street opera ... both were great. 

Back from a zoo shift today,  where I learned something new about our tortoises and had a good talk to a lady about indigenous use of the area.  I was so glad that she stopped me and asked the questions.  So it was not me pushing an agenda, but it is an agenda that people in the community are taking up themselves.  She was grateful.  I just let my politics be very general and vague now, but I do put in the hard yards which yield their own rewards.  Still, not as naive and trusting as I was, learning who to listen to ...

I actually achieved going to my card group today...92..80 ish another 80 something and 70 something and then moi the youngster...

is  lovely they love having me and I love being there...

the 91 year old has quizzed (is that a proper word?) well hate this type of communication anyway...

she is trying to work out why I am there I think... I have said they are the most welcoming people I have been with since moving up there... what I meant was intellectually stimulating...one lady has the best dry humour..thank you..the other lady with whom I have connected told me that i am likened to a breath of fresh air.,.....

wow...such simple words,.......yet so giving,,

I hold my symptoms of mental illness so tightly ...so close to my breast...my own life insecurities as a result of being with narcissistic or controlling men.

having made that statement I think no less of men,,, I have always related far better with males through my whole upbringing and even now to this day...

I have strong opinions yet am not opinionated or feminist....equality has no separation..

I am starting to feel liberated yet am so frightened,,,

all i want at the end of the day is to be me...

@Appleblossom Yes I did my majors in politics and philosophy when I was manic 99% of the time towards the end of it and actually got an HD when I was off my head with the pixies lol. Then I tried to get work but things started to spiral out of control and then chenobyl!! ...  

Years objective is mind and body and soul together to move forward to a brand new life 🙂

@Appleblossom How are you Appleblossom I haven't seen you around so much lately. Is everything okish for you?
