Hi @eth, thanks for giving us a brief account of it. Glad it's over for you now and you are already picking yourself up with Talking Heads and comfort food near the beach. Sending love and happy vibes.

Hugs and calming ommm vibes beaming your way, @eth...
Stop Making Sense... that live album by Talking Heads was the absolute bomb for me and all of my mates when we were growing up... years of happy times, with that as a big part of the soundtrack of our lives...
They Might Be Giants were up there, too... and the B-52's...
Happy days, happy quirky music...
Hugs and happy vibes beaming to you all... 🙂

@eth, I am pretty sad and depressed tonight, brain chemistry no doubt, and some other factors. But I am so pleased you had a lovely dinner and went to the beach.

Sorry to hear that @Mazarita hope it passes soon. Talk about those factors if you want to. I'm flat and tired tonight myself - it'll probably catch up with me more tomorrow but I'm trying not to think about it too much this evening.

I don't think I'll unpack it at this stage either, @eth. I'm mainly putting it down to medication changes. So we are a bit of a pair then feeling flat and tired. That's okay.

Must be something in the air at the moment @Mazarita @eth
Sorry to hear that your days were so stressful..
I had a mini meltdown yesterday and although achieved much have been in shell shock all day...something had to go sooner or later..
@Mazarita Does it have anything to do with your body still adjusting to change in medication?
@eth That is awful that you felt that way...makes me furious that these so called committees are so callous and uncaring...I need my soapbox
I will look at your other thread tomorrow..
one good thing happened today..surgeon's office mgr rang me with date for surgery and hospital admittance..
physio wants ct scan done on proposed spli muscle to show neurosurgeon to update him on sciatic nerve pain..
fish and chips at the beach sounds perfect to me swilled down with a nice drop of your favourite wine..
will talk soon all
