Good morning @Bunniekins wondering if you're around now or if you went for your walk after all. Judging by your time of posting you must have had at least a couple of hours of extra sleep - hooray for that! If I've missed you I hope today goes really well for you.
Hi also to @Angels333 @Shaz51 @BryanaCamp @Appleblossom @Faith-and-Hope @Zoe7 @CheerBear @Exoplanet @Teej @Adge @LadyleahRDBloom @outlander and anyone else reading this morning. May it be a peaceful start and a positive day.
I still don't know whether or not a new support worker is coming to meet me this morning. If the boot was on the other foot and I gave them less than 24hrs notice of a change of plans I'd have to still pay in full. Sheeesh. If she doesn't come I won't be having support Sat afternoon, which I could really use. I feel like I am low on their priority list of clients' needs. The only reason I've been coping better the last couple of months is because I had reliable supports and routines with people whom I had built a rapport and trust with. It's now 6 weeks since my last session with one of them (who finished with no notice and no goodbye) and she still hasn't been replaced. For it to have happened while my family supports are all away is particularly bad timing. Whinge and moan!!!

@eth Good morning eth 🙂 you are not whinging or moaning your worries are legitimate 6 weeks is ridiculous I would be a nervous wreck. As you say you were going along well and improving and then everything has dropped suddenly away it would be very disturbing to say the least. I will be interested to hear what happens today. If she shows up or not.
pe: I went back to bed and had some more sleep 😮 :)xxxx

Hugs to you too @Appleblossom hope you've had a good day.
Hi @Shaz51 you must be getting excited about your holiday. Thanks for thinking of me. My coordinator finally contacted me at 10.30 today to say she couldn't come today. That's 2 days I cancelled my plans to make space for her. Cut a long story short, the plan she suggested didn't suit me so I won't be having a new support tomorrow that I haven't met beforehand. Another day at home alone. But I'm managing to keep myself occupied so it's not all bad. Hoping she sticks to her word and makes time for me early next week.
Hope to see you at the Friday Feast - heading over there now.
