another bad night - lots of self-care needed today - don't think I will make it to the pool - not feeling well at all so might need to stay home and stay warm 
- will see how I feel in a couple of hours!
I think it was more hoping it wasn't creeping up on me again @Faith-and-Hope - meds didn't help me last night but I was having a really difficult night before I finally got to sleep - woke up twice again and I suspect it will take me a couple of days now to get back into any kind of routine. I know not going to the pool today is getting out of that routine but I just can't face it today - don't want to be around people - just want to snuggle with Toby and not move!
