I am trying to keep things as easy as i can so i dont drop further. Atm the SI isnt loud which is a relief. Taking it hr by hr today and just doing what i can to get through.

I was sitting on thr lounge @Snowie and got up and had headspins and wobbly so sat back down for abit. I stood up again and headspins and wobbling and could feel aomething coming up so go to the bathroom in time. I ended up sitting on the bathroom floor for abit before vacating to bed. I am really achy after today and headachy.
