Hearing you @outlander .....
Are you keeping some structure in place in your day ? That can help ..... keeping a little order / framework around you physically can give you something for your emotions to cling to ..... helping to stabilize them.
Sending hugs with this. I know it’s easier said than done ......

I am not surprised @outlander, after what has been happening ..... and yes, you have b em keeping busy. Perhaps now it’s time to swing the other way and lie down to rest in front of a movie, or listen to some music ..... give yourself some gentle, calm space. You need to recover emotionally. Anybody would.
Have you eaten enough today ? Drunk 8 glasses of water across the day ?

Eating a little steadily across the day helps to keep our body chemistry balanced @outlander, and having eaten so long ago now, you might be experiencing a bit of an adrenaline rush as you body has run out of ready fuel and is panicking a bit.
