rough time

Re: rough time

Hearing you @outlander .....

Are you keeping some structure in place in your day ?  That can help ..... keeping a little order / framework  around you physically can give you something for your emotions to cling to ..... helping to stabilize them.

Sending hugs with this.  I know it’s easier said than done ......

Re: rough time

Ive tried to.. @Faith-and-Hope todays abit different as its the weekend but ive been keeping busy like still going to the horses, went out with mum and kids and done some housework and already planning what to cook as well.
I done abit of crochetting before i logged on here as well but i dont really know just feel wobbly

Re: rough time

I am not surprised @outlander, after what has been happening ..... and yes, you have b em keeping busy.  Perhaps now it’s time to swing the other way and lie down to rest in front of a movie, or listen to some music ..... give yourself some gentle, calm space.  You need to recover emotionally.  Anybody would.

Have you eaten enough today ?  Drunk 8 glasses of water across the day ?

Re: rough time

Ive got a movie on atm @Faith-and-Hope and just sitting but i feel like im going to jump out of my skin. I still need to do a few things on the computer so might be able to relax abit more once i know those are done...

I just had a piece of fruit and had toast this morning. Hmm probably not that much water but ive had abit..

Re: rough time

Eating a little steadily across the day helps to keep our body chemistry balanced @outlander, and having eaten so long ago now, you might be experiencing a bit of an adrenaline rush as you body has run out of ready fuel and is panicking a bit.

Re: rough time

Hmm maybe your right @Faith-and-Hope im not that hungry now though

Re: rough time

Just a handful of nuts or something will keep you going @outlander.
