Re: TRe: Celebrate Today

Well done @BlueBay.

For me:

  • Dropped my daughter and her friend at the airport
  • Groceries
  • Did some sweeping/mopping/vacuuming

Hmm that doesn't seem very impressive, but I feel like I've been working diligently.

Feel like the day's gotten away from me a bit. Getting pre monday anxiety Smiley Frustrated Need to keep going with ironing and dinner. But first, yoga and back stretches.

Re: TRe: Celebrate Today

It sounds like a lot to me @frog .....

I didn’t feel tired after doing a lot of housework yesterday, but I do today, and have just realised that that is probably why ..... delayed reaction.

Re: Celebrate Today

Haven't achieved much lately but thought I'd drop by and just add a few things from today, a day when I felt like sleeping all day or at least staying in my nightie and dressing gown:

  • didn't sleep all day
  • breakfast and meds
  • confirm appointment tomorrow
  • reply to email and FB messages about video
  • forum
  • thorough wash of self
  • dress
  • make the bed.

and coming up very soon:

  • go to friend's place.

Good going to all who are getting some things done. When struggling with MI, it can be so hard to do anything at all. Each step is a celebration!

Edit: evening now and I'll add these things to the list of today's achievements:

  • water plants
  • clean toilet and basin
  • tidy kitchen a bit
  • go to friend's place
  • eat dinner
  • forum.

* a load of washing

* have the dogs half a marrow bone each

Hope others are kicking goals today.

It doesn't matter if it's simply changing your pyjamas, brushing your teeth or eating. Or if it's exercising, meditating, or working.

Every achievement is worth celebrating!!!
