So far I walked to clinic and saw nurse and did supa shopping.
Feeling good but very heavy around the head and headachey.
@Former-Member I swapped to dark choc to wean myself off sweet snacks. It helped control cravings and then I was able to reduce that.

Struggling today (what's new lol),
survival mode - down to necessities:
- drag self out of bed (ignore pain) √
- light breakfast, feed dog √
- psych up for going out, decide clothes, pack bag
- shower
- lock house, get in car
- drive to apt (45min), deep breaths
- Mammogram (2hrs), routine - don't stress results, process later
- Drive home (45min)
- Cuddle dog

My goals are completed for the day
I've just finished my gym session
and tomorrow goal is to complete a cycle session (gym)
I am starting to feel better and a bit fitter!!!

Today:
- the usual (get up, take pills, feed dog)
_ x2 house work tasks (x1hr minimum)
_ block drama people (all day without guilt)
- soak up some nature (mindfulness)
- pot some plants

Today my goals.
Make a few essential phone calls.
cook a meal ( it's been over a week since I've prepared food for the kids, luckily they are old enough to fend for themselves)
water garden
sit outside and enjoy my coffee
if I really push it - take dog to the park
most important one - don't stress myself out with anything CALM CALM CALM
