Christmas is triggering for me. No family contact. Ugh! For the best though. 
Not doing much today. Had Christmas lunch yesterday. 
Very quiet day today. Feels like I'm the only one alive today, it's that quiet. Haha!

Hey @Sophia1 I have sprayed in Cat's corner as the weeds have taken over for me too. I have plans to finsih it these holidays and after some much needed rest later in this week I will be able to start. I will let you knwo how I am going Hon

Hello dearest @Bunniekins 

I am so very sorry to read of your further struggles..

Your own health and the great love and support you give your son is so beautiful yet at the same time I understand so very painful..

I wish that I could just hug you and we could cry together..

I am again and have been for some months very concerned for my older son from the way he is talking...

I also am hearing about his strange behaviour towards others going to the house where he is currently staying temporarily..

He needs help and to be in a safe place...He is totally out of touch with life when he rings me..

My son has not been vaccinated...he will not discuss the subject..I only broached the subject once when he was homeless in that covid circle of steel...He was so very angry and talked about chemical warfare and being at war.

It is so similar really..

I am frightened for my mum who is in a nursing home and they are nearly all being affected by this dreadful pandemic.

I am frightened myself to go to shopping centres which I hate and only go to as last resort.

I cant read all of the threads especially the busy ones and those with long replies.

I just feel so lost and disoriented.

I should not be saying all of this to you as you have your own issues.

I can't stop it when I am not in a good way

I had a long chat with lifeline before....He was very patient and listened so well. I told him that was all that I wanted..Someone to hear me..

Then I came on here to look briefly and now am lost.

I think that I will ring lifeline agian.

I cannot sleep

I'm so sorry you're struggling and your son is where he is at.

Please believe I have no expectations from you, I just wanted to wave so you know I'm always thinking if you. 

I hope Lifeline provide you with another listening ear. Two family members are volunteers there, I hope you have one of them or at least a lovely one that is a good listener tonight and can help.
