Lovely place to visit @Sophia1
I like to have a tranquil place to visit too.
Sorry to hear that your appointment session didn't help you to feel better.
My psych appnt today was unusually positive & affirming - I really needed that.

Good to hear that your appointment was positive and affirming...we need this every now and again to keep on going...
I was not expecting to feel better as such yesterday...I was in a very low place...too much stuff happening externally out of my control....
having someone to listen helped...could not stretch it to say made me feel better...
this morning I am preparing for today and my hydrotherapy this afternoon...am proud that I am achieving this...
hello @Former-Member
I hope that you are feeling proud of yourself too Adge...lapses...you both have much to be proud of....
I find that it is so easy to forget to be proud of self....a pattern learnt over the years needing to be changed...
as I say to others ...
@Former-Member I hope that you are feeling a little more rested...can find a sunny spot ...notice nature around you...even if it only takes 5 minutes...
@Zoe7 I am glad that you have now taken up hydrotherapy also...hoping that you are feeling some benefit too...thanks for being there yesterday for me...the acknowledgement was all that I needed...I had no energy left to talk...
@Maggie I am hoping that your silence is time out for healing...or perhaps you are staying close to certain threads..another way of self nurturing....sending you warm thoughts also...
off to find a picture of where my mind will travel to today...

Things are much the same here. Have to fight through the emotions/feelings each day. Sometimes that’s possible, other times not.
Lots of stressful things happening.
I hope that the hydrotherapy is helpful for you today.
Take care. 🌺

I visited Canada years ago. Had a great time skiing in The Rockies.
An amazingly beautiful place.

Hello @Former-Member
Understand about the day to day dealing with issues....you are doing so well...even if you might not feel that you are some of the time...
Talking about what you want only.... on these forums... in a safe place for you... is a form of holding you...
Thinking of you without wanting to constantly disturb you...
Wow skiing in the Rockies...what an experience for you...such wonderful memories to tap back into....do not feel guilty either....memories are a part of who we are and those precious ones that we can remember ...are good for us to visit at times ...my belief...
I just read this: The Canadian Rockies are composed of shale and limestone. Much of the range is protected by national and provincial parks, several of which collectively comprise a World Heritage Site.
Did you visit anywhere else in Canada?
We used to visit lake ontario..fresh water and part of the Great Lakes... as well as the estuary and gulf of st lawrence...eventually meeting atlantic ocean...salt water of course...

Oh, you’ve been to Canada also? @Sophia1
I briefly saw Vancouver. Stayed in Saskatchewan and Toronto.
Visited Niagara Falls. Amazing place.
The Rockies was my favourite.
Drove a long way from Saskatchewan to The Rockies, so we saw quite a bit of the country. Saskatchewan is so flat, then all of a sudden there are massive beautiful mountains.
