eventually slept which is the ultimate

yes I have lived in another country for several years...no best not to mention as again is distinct and could identify me...

cloak and dagger stuff....

I have many more pictures of stockholm and Gamla Stan in Sweden....Norway and Denmark...historic castles...

a great way of distracting for me....

realising also that the world is so huge...life is going on all around us ....there is hope and we can have dreams...

It’s a good distraction. 

My sleep is often unsettled, even with sleep meds. 

I have to try and have another break from them. They cause my hair to fall out and my eye sight gets blurry. Good sign to have a break. Not easy though. 

Sorry your sleep wasn’t good. Life would be easier to cope with if we had good sleep. 

I am slow again this morning. Just lit the fire, house was freezing. Sunny out though. 

Need to make another strong coffee. ☕️

Oh am so sorry to hear about the effects of your sleep medication @Former-Member

What has the prescribing medical person said about this?

I too am on sleep medication...took a while to find something that did not give me nightmares...

Frustrating when dont sleep when using medication ...

enjoy the lit fire....I love having our fire roaring...very soothing...will miss when we move from here...not worth  putting one in new home as eventually burning wood will not be allowed at all...years away yet hopefully...

a great idea...

sharing bad news with someone is hard...easy to take on board and add to your own issues...

I hope that you have been able to accept that it is her issue and you have enough to focus on...
