@eudemonism Hi Eude sorry you bumped into these family members whilst you were as you say 'OUT and ABOUT'. Everyone is different Eude. I have a very forgiving nature for other people BUT never forgive myself for past sins (something I am working on with psychologist's help). Strange that aye.

'Basically avoiding and ending relationships because of fear of being shamed because of my past behaviour.' I do this all the time. It is like voluntarily crucifying yourself over and over again because you just can't get over your behaviour in the past when you, talking about me here, was sick.

I don't know what the answer is Eude just keep plugging away. Keep putting one foot after the other and try to raise yourself above everything which is dragging you down.

Thanks for including me @Sophia1 and @TAB for tagging me - I do read this thread but don't often post here - you have a great group of members and great interactions with others here  It is lovely to see you all supporting each other and it doesn't matter how much or how little you are each here - it all matters.

I think everyone has got their fair share of burdens to carry @Sophia1 and everyone has a cross to bare...
I'm in a material thinking mode at the moment. I'm thinking about everything i need/want to achieve my goals... & of course-it all comes down to $$$

Yea @Bunniekins it's good to talk about stuff like this. It's definitely enlightened me about others going through the same thing-maybe it's just human nature-i know I've done what you're talking about plenty.
Trying to make life and the social scene work so desperately-but internally thinking-this is never going to work.
