Can someone help me with body pain. To do with CPTSD. I'm stressing out. Can't seem to find my way around this site. Don't know where to look for info on body pain. Probably all in my mind. It happens when I get stressed out. Or dreams get bad. Mostly in upper legs. Then feet and arms wrists and headaches and ears ringing. Can't seem to move without pain.
