Hi @cloudcore @Former-Member @Daisydreamer and all forumites here. For those who are wondering what Moodgym is, it's a CBT based program for mental health issues, predominately depression and anxiety I think. It's been designed as a set of modules to help work through thinking using CBT therapy as its background and I know ANU (Australian National University) are behind it, I believe. @LostAngel mentioned it in the Daily Achievements! tnread so I decided to investigate it and start working on it today with the first module being on Feelings. It's a free course and I just googled it to find out more. I hope this helps!

thats correct @Judi9877 honestly Ive found MoodGym to be very helpfull ,it was suggested to me by lifeline a number of calls ago,definetly helps with thinking patterns working on feelings ectHeart
