I wish to alleviate myself of the concerns and worries I have regarding work. They are too numerous.

Hello @MDT I am doing ok. Woke up this morning did some meditation etc. I'm sorry you are plagued with worry re: work. It must be so hard dealing with that. When I'm worried I do an acupressure point and no matter how severe the worry is and turning knots inside me causing distress it easily gets drained from my body. Its a lifesaver.

Still windy here too. I feel as though it's slowly calming down as it's not as gusty as it was yesterday.

Hello @StuF just doing housework for an hour. Yes its still windy here not as bad as yesterday though. How are you coasting along?  I think I may make myself a cup of dandelion tea and just do what else has to be done today before lunch. I woke up early this morning and got my meditation etc out of the way. Its been productive. May go for a walk later if I feel up to it

Hello @hanami got off to a good start today this morning.  Did just about everything I wanted to do around the house. Am having a sip of tea then will do my purification practices using St Germaine's violet flame decree.
