Its like acupuncture but no needles involved @MDT - you use your fingers to stimulate acupressure points across the body.  Here is the acupressure point for "worry" courtesy from an acupuncturist <picture below> I use it when worry is overtaking me and can't sleep. It offers incredible relief when the worry is consuming you ❤️

Melbourne has been playing mixed weather signals again for the past 3 days so I’ve been spending time knitting a blanket for my housemate as I’m bored of my charity blanket at the moment. I’m really enjoying my friends blanket as it’s something different and is good to have a change to be honest. I’ve been a little quiet on the forums over the weekend as I believe I needed a break to help my mental health which is why I stayed away. I’ve caught up in the news here so I’m back now.

Hi Judy, it is so lovely to hear from you. I totally understand what you mean with the whole 'mixed weather' signals'. I am down in Geelong and it has been VERY mixed weather indeed!

Judy, the new blanket idea sounds so wonderful. Can you share a photo of the blanket with us all when it is done?

I lived in Melbourne for a year or so 1981 @Judi9877  remember the red rattlers coming back from city w no aircon 45 deg then it would rain . 4 Seasons in one day was the saying. Way colder winters than Adelaide too

I realised this morning had even stopped basic stretches somehow, so that prob doesnt help with foot ie everything else out of whack ... just saying 

looking at my green tea lol hot one here today 35 deg see how hot/cold van goes , screens got too hard for today will do this week tho

saw maintenance guy he says oh do u know what is in yr ceiling yet re animal ? I said no , but it wont be there much longer if keeps annoying me he said oh someone told someone I said yeah that was 5 months ago .. and walked off... Winning ...

Well done @Judi9877 for recognising when you need a break. ♥😊👍   The blanket for your housemate sounds like a welcome change for you. 

I'm still in hospital in Sydney,  and the weather here has been really windy.  Been hearing it buffeting into my windows throughout the past few days, and seeing trees blown hard across the way. Improved a bit today,  so hopefully the worst had passed. 

And I think parts of QLD have had really hot weather with high fire danger.  So not great weather anywhere lately it seems.
