@TAB  Very good. I like cup a soup as well lol. 😂 Im having some noodles tonight with some tossed in veggies. Very easy but kind of healthy. 

Im gonna watch The Voice tonight just cause I like entertainment. Not the best show ever but it’s calming. I got SANE recovery club at 6:30. That’s always good.

@Glisten my motivation has reached an all time low once again. I struggle to get up each day, I just don't know what to do really. 

I am not anxious, just lazy and unmotivated. I dislike this feeling of boredom but with no interest in doing anything.

I think it is a typical depressive response, just not something I have dealt with previously in my 25 year Journey Into Depression & The Joys That Come With.

I can only hope that life for you is on the up and that life in the Bully is better than it is here in the 'Vegas.

@PeppyPatti how are you going sweetheart? A trip to Freo sounds nice. I do like visiting when I have the chance to.
