@Former-Member I don't mind at all. Curiosity and humour is the only way to beat a mental illness.
Hallucinations don't scare me (as I love horror) not that I get many bad hallucinations... usually its just seeing objects that arn't there etc or a spectrally heightened distortion of actuality... I don't feel anxiety when I'm psychotic so I just find it interesting... but thought disorder does. It takes about 3 months of being heavily psychotic for me to fall into it. You can hear yourself and you know your not making any sense when your talking but you can't stop it from happening. Its horrible.

Goood Morning everyone.
Something caught my eye flicking through notifications.. will be back soon to acknowledge more @Former-Member - thoughts with you today. Hope all goes well.
@Gilgamesh (Love name choice by the way, ancient mythologies are a strong interest of mine) I also read with interest your data mining reference. Would you be comfortable explaining how you are collating and/or cross referencing any of your "episodes". I think this is a very proactive approach and to me sounds positive at least for information gathering purposes. Can I ask was it suggested or is it something you decided to do independantly?

Hi everyone, thought I might join in for a chat here. Having some slump days when I wake up extremely groggy even after a reasonable night's sleep. Can't shake grogginess all day and keep falling asleep while sitting in my chair. I think it's physical health that is the problem here more than mental. But anyway, here I am, awake at present, though very tired. Hope today treats everyone else well.

Hi @Faith-and-Hope, sorry to hear of your inertia today. It could be partly that in my case but I'm also unsteady on my feet and can hardly keep eyes open. Support worker is coming here today instead of meeting at shopping centre as planned. Will be going out later to friend's place but will get a lift, which makes it seem possible. How are you bribing and blackmailing yourself? Might get some handy hints.
