oh yes.. I see @Former-Member and yourself @Mazarita were discussing anger. I agree anger can give us strenghth sometimes, but when it eats us up that's when it crosses the line. I think sometimes it can be very motivating, in that it can lead to proactive resolutions and solutions. But sometimes it can be very destructive and when it dominates our thoughts and doesn't allow us to think clearly it becomes a problem.
Unfortunately atm mine is the latter. ๐ and I am desperately trying to get rid of it. To rise above it.

a plan to have a plan... lol @Former-Member well that's a step in the right direction at least. But when do you get the plan? Cos a plan to have a plan is a good plan, but you need the plan.... just sayin' ๐

I agree @Former-Member re needing a plan. So the plan to make a plan is planned for Monday morning. It's keep on keeping on until then which I can make baby plans to do. Hour by hour I think.
Destructive anger doesn't sound good, but is maybe a necessary thing sometimes. How do you usually get rid of it? There are soooo many things to do with anger!

My preferred way it to resolve it, by mediating on the issue. But in this case I have no idea how to do that, therefore it remains unresolved and is eating me @Former-Member

Super tricky @Former-Member . I don't need to remind you that you are smart, strong and incredibly able to have this one do I? If you're not feeling it, it's ok, I'll feel it for you for a bit. And if it gets too much I hear there's a lovely chill out harbour somewhere around to sit with things for a bit...
Oh my @Faith-and-Hope - I can only imagine how pretty it is where you are!

@Former-Member thanks.. yes I think I am some of those things... but why does it feel so blaggh when I feel invalidated? I don't know if this is hang over from the trauma or a valid feeling that falls within the normal range. Any ideas?
and yes where F&H is sounds absolutely beautiful no wonder she likes her walks.

It's so hard to try and work out what's 'normal range' and what is beyond that @Former-Member - especially I imagine, when you have a thinking, working-it-out brain like you do. I guess the only thing I can think of is that right now maybe that doesn't matter so much and maybe feeling those feels, letting them pass and then trying to work it out, is a good idea? I can't do think it through in the midst of feelings, for me it just doesn't work.
