I have written about suppressed or latent anger before .. my main ways .. are
physical activity - walk, run, dig etc
emotional activity - music, write - straight journal
calming destressing - meditating - playing piano - walking - rocking - foetal position
cognitive activity and SOCIAL - figure out threat, risk etc, and make plans and decide accordingly
Mostly I had a good day,
but I just got hit with a s***load thinking about the legals .. so took prn and will get off computer and on the siphoning the nasties out of my system .. without unloading it onto innocent others.
Son & gf just got in ..bye for now
.. unfortunately for me .. dealing with anger is now a daily task .. thats only now . I wasnt like this before.

Brand new .. cant say more. I think I have to cultivate a detached attitude to it .. do the due diligence .. and drop it .. and attend to son, me and daily stuff .. but as it is new .. (initiated this week) I am just getting used to how to manage it. Its likely to be a very long haul ..

@Former-Member Do you know why your cat became blind?
I am wondering if my cat has has cat flu .. and if its worth a trip to the vet ..
I also get the thought sometimes .. relief .. I am over a hump .. but then actually just thinking that ... brings it all back .. 3 steps forward 2 back ..
Thanks @Former-Member Lawyers have very different values in talking about stuff than do psychs and social workers .. I found that interesting .. I hope it is not a Bleak House .. but it is a no win no fee.
