I remember the old computing days. Seems there is a little too much data floating around these days, which is adding to the general confusion. Sorry for grumbling,

I just made a very yummy spanakoriso which is a Greek dish.

Yes I have had my dinner too @Shaz51 had it early in case I lose power.

It's flooding around me and there's been thunderstorms and now galeforce winds.

There are trees down, but none in my street so far, so far the water has not entered my house either through the roof or rising from the ground.

I just had left over lentil soup, because I could keep it warm on the fire if I needed and I've been keeping my tea on top of fire to keep it warm. I know people who have lost power today.

It's a bit anxiety provoking now because I can't see outside. The water was halfway up my front step before it got dark and it hasn't stopped raining since then

Sorry I can't think of anything upbeat to say except I won't have to water my plants for a few days!

@Till23 ohhhhh scary!! I grew up in a town that regularly flooded, those rising waters are a force to be reckoned with! Please stay safe and dry however you can hun, hope it recedes before doing any real damage 🤞

Yeah it was good and I had a nice time off @Shaz51. I went to Cairns to see my family for nearly two weeks and then spent the rest of the time at home and a few short trips regionally. Had a list of cleaning to do and none of it got done hehe. RiverSeal
