Hi @Bow
Yes he has had it. I have not long picked him up. He is already jumping around in his cot and whinging. It’s going to be a long 6 weeks. I do have him booked into a rehab appointment in 10 days but the rehab specialist is leaving. So we may have to do it remotely if she doesn’t come over occasionally.
I go in on the 12th of August. So Jett will be 7 weeks post op. Im a bit scared as everyone that has done this next stage has said it’s really hard. They dig deeper into your trauma.
It’s hard when you are excited over what you are building. It depends on my mood how much Lego I do. I can do a couple of bags then not touch it for days. Sometimes over a week. That’s why I don’t want to start a new one as I may not have it finished before I go away. I’ll just do the occasional little one.
I have seen that they are releasing a Bumblebee from transformer’s next month. He is my favourite so I’ll order him and I want the tiger. I’ll take the tiger away with me. I’ll have to do the same exact order in sept for my brothers birthday.
I hope things are ok with you.

Hey @Bow @NatureLover !
Great to see you both!
Hey @Captain24 - poor ouchy. Looks sore. I have to say I love the doggy bandage. I hope he recovers quickly.
The new lego sounds pretty grand!

Hey @tyme
I didn’t even notice what was on the bandage! It’s pretty cute though. I just check the one on his other foot that I had to take off. It had paw prints too! He isn’t really happy about being locked up. He has roughly 6 weeks of it!
Im a little excited for bumblebee! I have Simba and the retro radio here to do but I really need to wait until I get back.
Im doing a diamond art at the moment. I need to get it out of the way. It’s one from Kmart. I now know why you do one colour at a time. I am with this too. The ones I normally do are at least double the size and full drill. Plus there is a minimum 35 different colours.

Yep! I only do ONE colour at a time. It comes together really nicely at the end. Are you using round or square drills? Squares are soooo hard to get right @Captain24

There is no way I could do one colour on my good ones. @tyme. I would drive me insane. I do between 12-15 rows at a time on my other ones and do one colour at a time in that chunk. It can take a couple of hours to do just those rows as they are mega detailed.
This one is round, it’s the first round I have done but I honestly prefer the squares! I think it’s what I got use to.
I’ve got a diamond art that you do on a tote bag that I’m going to take away with me plus I have a latch hook kit that I started last time. Oh and some lego! Now I don’t smoke I’ll have heaps more down time.

Love it. What are you going to do with it later? @Captain24

Probably just put it in the cupboard @tyme It doesn’t match the rest. I’m a bit fussy about having everything match!
Im half way through another little Lego set.
Tomorrow I will try and start getting my house sorted for the house sitter. I just have the spare room and the media room. Do it while Jett is out of the way!
Poor little darling is sooking because Pix is on my lap and he is locked up. I think he hurt his leg when he was out the back going to the toilet. He was howling. I’m hoping it’s not damaged.

@tyme. I’m not getting all the notifications. I’m not sure if it’s just me or others as well.
