Hi @Jacques
Wow - Sounds like a great app, I am glad you have found it so helpful 🙂 Just wanted to jump in and say, we definitely encourage members to share with others when they find something that works well for them. That's what the Forums are all about - peer support. If you like, feel free to include your review of this app in the "What’s new: services, research, and technologies" section here. Hi @Former-Member, i am sorry the app was not what you expected, it does have space in the safety plan to add phone numbers of your doctor and psychologist, treating team, etc.
I will have a look at the actcompanion app, i know the feeling, i have not been able to read my new books now for a couple of weeks, i can only read a page at a time, so hard to concentrate.
I hope tonight is treating you well, you sounded so distressed late last night. i could not help but leave a message.

Yes @Former-Member, i have downloaded most of the apps that their are for mental health, it is just that i found this one the most comprehensive. i had a look at the actcompanion app, it looks interesting too, very similar to this one, but this one is free.
Yes, i am the same, the more the marrier i say, have you tried colorfy, it is a smart phone mandala app, colouring in for adults, it has so many patterns, i use it often too.
No problem @Former-Member, i am happy to give back what you and others have given me, yes i think sometimes we are too hard on ourselves, blame ourselves for events out of our control, we just need to remember to take a step back every now and again and reassess the situation.
I am glad you are feeling a little better tonight, maybe you could do something nice for yourself, a hot chocolate or cup of herbal tea? maybe some nice handcream?
@Former-Member, i would not be alive without this forum, you and everyone else on here help me get through every day.
I do hope things work out for you @Former-Member, sometime life just is not fair, we just need to make our way through life as best we can.
Be kind to yourself.
Jacques
