@MDT , I’ve felt that, too, about relaxing during the weekday.  For me, it has helped to do things for my parents, although they don’t really need it yet. I’ve also been volunteering, even though it’s just been one day a week, it’s still been enough to have that sense of purpose that comes with a job.

@MDT It's awesome you are listening to your body and not trying to push through it.  Your body is definitely getting drained so sleeping is part of its healing process.

Yeah I guess I was listening to my mind and body early in the year for me to get to this place now

more growth. Even today to go for a swim and walk when i wasn't exactly keen, but i did feel better after

I think I am just gonna put 50% of today behind me
I emailed some people about some courses so that is good I guess
Tomorrow is another day. Will do gym in morning early and then get some coffee then come home and work through what i wanted to do for the other 50% of the day.

Just gonna wind down for rest of night I think.

Only had 1 coffee today

I listened to this podcast the other day and it talked about the physical aspects of the body of grief.

 

I know the scenario would be different for you and what you are going through, but it also might get you thinking about the physical responses you are experiencing when you have a rough day.
