Just had a thought- the psychologist that runs my weekly group therapy recommended a book called "The Untethered Soul"

Now, I haven't bought or read it yet (I do intend to) but maybe look it up? So yeah, it's a blind 'recommendation', but I thought I'd throw it out there (if you haven't already read it!) 🙂
