I get like that a bit regarding either wanting to scream or cry... I hope you are ok where you are and have someone to support you to get you through those dark days. Just from personal experience when I stopped taking meds I ended up in hospital. It wouldn’t be the best thing to do if you are already taking them. I am a little everywhere lately so I apologise for not responding sooner just have been triggered myself regarding family issues etc. Always hoping you are ok @Eden1919

I was in emergency for the last day and a half it was disgusting i am never going back there again it just made things worse so much worse they did horrible things to me and i am having flashbacks that are making me feel sick i should have just ended things and not told anyone i was feeling bad from now on i will not tell anyone!

We are here to help provide that support because we care and you are here seeking that support because deep down you do too. You will get through this because you have done before and seen on the other side a much better world than the one you are living in right now. We believe in you asnd your ability to hold on and get to that better place - lean on us and we will support you - i believe in you and I have known you on here for a long time now - I have sat with you through some of the darker times and listened, held your hand and supported you through them all - let us do that again for you. I am trying to keep distracted if only to stay out of that place..... i feel horrible though like i am about to cry i dont even have the strength to write what i want but i really just wanted to thank you guys for being there.
