Riding a wave

Re: Riding a wave

Maybe see what TTT says about it @Phoenix_Rising ?

Communications skills training might be available as online courses, and TTT might know other avenues, including one day courses.

I am so glad you have TTT.

*tosses around rainbows, watches them sparkle as their colours reflect like a kaleidiscope off the water*

Stay safe, be well ocean dwellers.

Re: Riding a wave

Super big thank you for the lift back to the ocean @NikNik. I think I might have a sleepover in your nutella jar tonight while @Jupiter watches over the ocean. Smiley Happy

Re: Riding a wave

I am just sitting here reflecting a little before I head out of Forum Land for the night. I was reading about the experiences of others in hospital, and they are so far removed from my own experiences, it's bewildering. I know I can't even write about my experiences in detail here (I've done that before and had the post removed because of the risk of it distressing others). I really want to talk about it...I guess one day TTT and I will get around to it.

None of my 40+ hospital admissions have been for more than 72 hours - even after a suicide attempt. I guess it depends entirely on the particular local health district as to what sort of support a person diagnosed with BPD gets (or doesn't get!). I have never received any actual help or support in hospital. It has always been an arse-covering exercise, where I get admitted because no one wants to cop the blame if I suicided. I am really intrigued by the idea that some people actually get help in hospital. Sigh...It is super hard for a wonky little turtle to understand. Smiley Frustrated

Night Forum Land.

Re: Riding a wave

@Phoenix_Rising I hope the ocean is calm tonight. The nutella looks delicious!

Re: Riding a wave

Night @Phoenix_Rising hope you sleep well

Sleep well and Thankyou
@Phoenix_Rising 🌿

Re: Riding a wave

Hi @SleepyPanda I super wish you worked more sociable hours. I super like you. I super like falling asleep knowing there is a sleepy panda watching over the ocean. 😊

Re: Riding a wave

Hi @Phoenix_Rising

I will be around on Sunday from 11am to 4pm, hope to see you around then.

Re: Riding a wave

*quietly comes by to leave some apple cake and apple crumble servings, each with a generous dollop of whipped cream, for the ocean dwellers* I know I needed something a bit different after all that Nutella.
