One of the alters in my system does witchcraft now whenever she feels like ending things and it's helped her a lot.

@KTG  I understand completely. Have you got anyone in rl that you can talk to even your gp would be a good resource to refer you onto a psychologist for free sessions up to 10 I believe. We are all here for you KTG.x
