the psych sounded like an a**  i really do hope the respite centre will help you. please use them as much as you can. you are worth it sis

I got sucker-punched like that a few weeks ago now @Sans911 ..... but as a Carer I am probably a little steadier on my feet cos I don’t have the same internal battles that you do, and I have been seasoned by dealing with some pretty cruel people across a long period of time .....

Sooooo feeling for you.  Wanna give that man a piece of my mind ...... just you hang on there missy ..... cos we’re all here barracking for you ..... that’s what each of these posts means ..... we’re on your team, we believe in you ..... ❣️
