My S2 is picking it all up again at the moment and I am hoping there is a uni acceptance somewhere in the near future for him ......

 my horse ran away cos he was p****d at me too. :face_with_rolling_eyes:. I got things so very wrong and messed up big but I’m so confused because I really don’t know what right is just now. Think I will write some stuff on my recovery thread and leave this thread without my stuff here. 

Hoping that @Former-Member finds her way back here too for support from everyone. 

Edit @Faith-and-Hope it’s awesome that s2 is getting it together. That is really good news. I hope his uni offer comes through soon.

This thread is fine @Teej. Was set up in a sense as a meeting place but particularly for those of us needing familiar support when trouble starts knocking at our doors.

As @Faith-and-Hope has said and I agree, your thinking last year was right. I've found that it's those backward slips that teach me the lessons I need to learn to start moving forward again

@Kurra. After you wrote about going up to my mountain, I thought you were right. It would do me some good. But heatwave has come and fire warnings. Far too dangerous to go up there now. Soon though I hope if we ever get a cool change.

Yes a cool change would be very welcome. My poor little fan is going full blast atm. Going up the mountain atm is out of the question.

As sure as the sun rises though the weather will change. Sooner rather than later bopefully!
