Isn't over 55s housing sort of subsidised @Kurra ? Well it seems to be with units councils own in suburb I used to live in ? I remember looking years ago and thinking price was too good to be true

... mornos .. haven't heard that since was in Army in early 80s @Kurra its smoko anywhere else lol um be careful with over 55s esp companies like Aveo they were on ABC for practices such as huge dodgy fees and telling over55s they were sick to get hugely increased govt funding by converting over 55s places into nursing homes by stealth. .. did I say over 55s?? .. lol .. Im 56 in 8mths think its time to apply for public housing again lol
