I'm alive outlander,got severe problem with stress and anxiety,just keep breathing outlander,that's all we can do.But I know the chaos in yours and mine head with the emergency siren going makes it extremely difficult.

I cant go gently thats the problem @Maggie
Im flat out all day and in 10 minutes ill have to leave and go for the day and yet again probably wont be back until 8 oclock like the past few nights
My foot is really stuffing me around and its frustrating me because im walking around despite pain meds on egg shells thtough the pain and also my home life and friendships.
Everything seems to only take one tiny tiny thing and its all screwed up.
Why does life have to be about walking on egg shells.
I dont like dogs but thanks for the offer.
I just cant keep doing it like this.
I want it all to end

@Former-Member i cant even breathe without troubles. If i hold my breath long enough it might just stop the troubles

Thanks @Maggie,@outlander, got medication filled today to relax me tonight,not for it but it is numbing me.Got out on my own today to pick up my new specs,got a very sore swollen left foot outlander as I walked alot in boots.
