I've been listening to music all night,,my house is messy beyond but I know I'm not up to it so am letting it slide for now.

The hospital found funding for me to get a new tablet/ device,

I hate it, the design seems super stupid, but its good to play music 🎶

I think he feels bad as I saw him today an s the session wasn't great.

My dr is the only person I have and he's absent a lot to, like distracted.

He called because he forgot to do my script.

I went to a bakery today and ordered 3 things and realised I'd lost my card to pay...awkward.

Had the worst day today

Am really struggling

Cm was sick and away and I felt quite down myself, was late to work and keep doing that.

Feeling bit sad
