all. 

A lot happens in this forum in a day.   Most times I am playing with the rabbit,  tormenting the cat,

poking at a log in the fire.  and responding to friends on all these threads all at the same time.

No wonder I lose track of things.  May I say   Welcome back  @Sophia1  I hope some form of peace has come knocking at your  door,    and stays for a while..   You are right that one does not need to travel a thousand miles to find answers.  They are there inside us.  We either find them ,   and  accept

them. . .  or we don't.  Depends if we are receptive to truths,  are ready,  capable.  Etc    etc..

 Remember the "simple Mans prayer"   That you liked so much Sophia.  I always default back to that

little poem..

I know nothing of M H .   I only know for the most part,  I'm very happy.    But then I dont expect

anything much from life.    I do weave my way around stress in search of peace.  Thats not running.
