Hi @tonys thanks for visiting and liking...keeps a nice connection...how are u? Ur animals sound lovely....
Continue to have visitors here, about twice a week atm but sometimes more....and texts from my friend who checks in. Today met nice worker, he went for coffee with me and told me about his kids and their names. It was nice to be in the community eith another person. Recovery lies there.
I am pretty not assertive u are right although i have some spark at times and have stood up for myself more lately. I dont push much and persist or like being a burden. I need to learn polite ways to say "that hurts, stop...." Like we teach children to say. We teach children its ok to voice displeasure or anger or a boundary but as adults we still have abusers who will stomp all over our boundaries. Im scared of such people.
Had a huge dinner i cooked up and feeling tired.

It’s great that you have someone taking you on outings and that you are enjoying it. That’s wonderful.
I read that you had a huge cook up last night too. Good on you. Nutrition is so important.
I hope that you will be feeling a lot better soon.

Hi guys,
I am feeling a bit down these last few days. I hope it’s something that will pass soon.
I don’t like feeling this way and I don’t want to do anything. I really should be exercising as well. I am supposed to go to my canasta group tomorrow morning but I think I would rather just stay in bed. It’s getting really cold here in the mornings. I feel like a lazy slug at the moment. So unmotivated!

Hey @Oaktree Mate . . Well two schools of thought here. [ A] Its part of your rhythm..
You have been doing a awful lot mate. All that serotonin travelling at speed leaves a vacuum
behind it , and your bound to get sucked back into it now and then.
B ] Check your levels. Thyroid.. B group etc.. I started on thyroxine . definatley helps..
You've come too far Meggle to let things slip. Tomorrow.. doctors appointment..
Take care my good friend. tonys mb 1
