Hole ur day wss good and things are well for u and husband.

I couodnt sleep last night, my knees are acting up and in pain and my whole body was aching...i wss up all night

 So tired now i had no energy to cook but threw something in the oven, ended up overcooking, so not great tonight.

On the couch today watching tv. Under weighted blanket from kmart which is quite good!.

It is cold. Hope ur campfire is nice, and the guests are sticking around? The young couple? I bet they have nice stories.

Saw the dermatologist today who was not so into emu oil for my scars....oh well...strong round of stuff coming up.

That group sounded lovely with music..do you think it was the tubes, or the people, that made it so perfect? Sounds like a very special gathering. Music utopia.

Managed to take my meds tonight as forgetting has ended in disasters the worst nights sleep....

  Hello  @EternalFlower    First ,   I would love it  if you made a couple of signs,   door of the fridge,

and  may be near the loo. . .    TAKE MEDS . . .   so important my lovely,   that you have that   one routine.

Now that aside .    A favourite blanket is such a personal thing isn't it.. I have a beaut thick one and under it. . .    nothing can get me.   if you know what I mean.    Pickers have all gone.   There is just a big bare patch where the menagerie of campervans and little motor homes gathered to laugh,  share

and toil.   Just a few chickens wandering around confused at there absence is all the evidence they were ever here.

And I say every year,  I'm done with it, but then something always compels me to plant again.   To feel that people depend on me.   .  .  and I depend on them.   Is that what breeths  new life into this hidden valley each spring.   

To be needed. . .                Thats why I like sharing time with you my friend.      We have a hand on each others  shoulder..

Cold wind tugging at the shutters and the pot belly stove is panting its little heart out to keep up.

Even the cows are in the shed for the night.  

Have you got a good woollen beany,   keep the feet and head warm and the rest looks after itself.

My personal favourite down the river is the hot  water bottle under the coat,  but the fishing usually goes of the boil in the winter.. 

Hope you have company tomorrow and if not.  nothing wrong with movie day n snacks..

Hi @tonys it is all the heat and keeping warm hacks u learn in this cold! I have a little heater but i thiught it had broken.

.lucky it is working now. I used to have an alarm that would ring to remind me meds....would that help now i wander?

I love cows and sheep....do u have sheep as well? I have only been on a farm with alpacas and i was able to feed them which was nice. The owner was proud that they were all female..a feminine energy he said lol.

Had first ndis meeting...and til then supported by perr worker. They are on leave so i requested a replacement. Someone will visit me i hope in their place. The visits are nice. It is hard tog get out of the house for various reasons, but the inside isnt safe either.

Hello  @EternalFlower    Mate,  you need to ask everyone there about a back up heater.  Its very important that you keep the night temp up while you sleep.  No less than 18 degrees.  And there are 

subsidies coming to help with power bill.   Yes the alarm will help.  But I rely on visual cues a lot too.   .  Can some one ring you once a day.   Can Sane give you a lead..

Im am praying they give you a co-ordinator.  A good one,  and you make a big list and a lot of noise.

You really  really. .  need the help mate. . .

Please just hang in now,       I know I nag a lot  ,    but  I   worry about you big time as I  sense you live so close to the edge some time and because of  your  Passive   soft   nature..  you  are not  great

at advocating for yourself  Eternal.. 

Anyway. . .   no I don't have  sheep.  Its the one thing that no one as ever left at my gate.

A lot of my animals are rescues.  and the bread shop in town and all my left over veg keeps in going.

I guess you could say its a retirement village for the unloved.  But I love em.

I have a young German couple staying on to look after things while I'm away.   Beautiful people.

She used to work in disabilities,  and theres a rental crises up here so with all the room I have,

we  shook hands on a deal an they are doing more than I ever expected..   All I have to do 

Is make em laugh and let them have some freedom to express all the ideas that young people

have in abundance.

I better go see what the dogs yapping at.  Think I better let him in before he breaks the door down.

Hi @Sophia1 love that you like italian food....pasta and pizza? I have been craving pizza lately...winter...

I have got some new supports now, the hospital has linked me in with a peer service....it is so so good. It is bittersweet to see care done right and think...oh....what have my team been doing all this time? Gah. Really, not much at all

I hope u are well @Sophia1 you seem content and akso inspired and settled...i hope winter is good and you have some good things on the horizon
