Yes lack of sleep certainly has a major impact @Faith-and-Hope - I have had more flashbacks and nightmares lately also but was dealing with them a lot better when I was sleeping better. I assured my pdoc today I was safe - I must have looked really tired for her to even ask! I am not sure how much longer that would have lasted though if the pattern of the last week or so continued so good we are getting onto it now!
