  • Woke up and got up
  • Breakfast and meds
  • Forum
  • Got washed and dressed
  • Phone calls, medical, new friend (bit scary)
  • Bought hair dye at supermarket
  • Bought lunch for me, friend, her brother
  • Ate it at their place (tick lunch)
  • Visit friend.
