@Former-Member I have an exercise bike at home. I can't afford gyms, and social anxiety and body self-image issues would get in the way of my doing it at present. I don't rule out anything in the future. But the modest exercise I am doing is certainly going along with some improvements in my state of being in recent months. After being housebound and mostly inactive for about 7 years I developed chronic compartment syndrome in my lower legs and was experiencing a lot of pain after five minutes or less of walking. I'm now able to walk about 1.5km at a time thanks to really helpful physio (and actually doing the exercises). I find they are a good mindfulness practice too in a way.
