It is very very silly your ex doing this to your daughter. Girls / women feel things sometimes so much deeper ..... I dearly wish you could have a Lord of the Rings moment and look in a glass stone and see how well your daughter will be doing with your good parenting.
I looked up online the NIDIS program and there is a contact section. Can you do this ?
