Hi
@Appleblossom@Former-Member@Shaz51@utopia@Former-Member@Zoe7 @Faith-and-Hope @outlander
Update:
Mum and baby came home after 5 days in hospital. My daughter got an infection with a high temp and a high heart rate so they kept her in for an extra few days. She is now home and they are both getting used to be home. My daughter decided to change to bottle feeding as breast feeding was getting a bit too difficult and was sore. As soon as she changed the baby was more settled and settled easier. She wakes up twice during the night but sleeping between 3-4 hours which is pretty good.
Yesterday I was allowed leave from the hospital so i called in to see them and I got to bottle feed her and held her for a little while. It is such a special time to spend with her, i am loving it.
Today being the footy grand final, my daughter, her partner and baby are coming over and we'll watch the game. I will need to go back to hospital after the game.
So far so good, Ayla is doing well, and my daughter is getting used to being a mum.
