Good morning @TAB how are you today? I had some sleepless nights. Worked out what it was - gluten in a soy milk I started drinking. Strange. But I checked the label and it had barley in it (gluten). So hopefully its all left my system as of today. Did a yes/no self administered kinesiological test and it said "yes" I would get much needed sleep tonight.

As for me, Melbourne is cooler today than it has been over the weekend which is great for me as I’m not keen on very hot days. I’ve got some craft projects on the go so they’ll keep me occupied today which I’m happy with. I’m feeling okay mood wise which is good so hopefully things improve for me.

I was trying to keep myself busy this weekend with some reading and guitar. I did do some exercise and that was pretty good.

Yeah I know the feeling @TAB! I've been just walking again, I'm so tired but I do it anyway. Its now 3:30pm here - an overcast windy day for Melbourne. I'm so physically unfit and the diabetes educator wants me exercising as much as possible. I just motivate myself by writing in a food/exercise diary. I don't know why I keep pushing myself. I take a new supp that boosts energy and is great for CFS but yeah it still don't cut the mustard! lol
