@Eden1919 Hoping your alright.
I have felt a temprary calm when I have made a decision to do it in the future. It settled my continual background noise where I was arguing with myself about it.
That was last year. Now I realise it was the relief from internal conflict that helped.
I did change my mind and I did reach out for support, after the date passed. Well my intentions slipped out with my Gp.
There are a lot of people on the forum who know you and care.

@Former-Member@Zoe7@The-red-centaur@Appleblossom@outlander Thankyou all for caring so much even though i dont deserve it at all. i feel awful tonight and i am really not coping my plans are still there only now the time is coming closer for me to go through with them. i dont feel like i can talk to anyone or like anyone can help i feel so alone and lost and i jst want to cry but that also makes things worse. i keep ruining everything and screwing everything up. i dont deserve to be here anymore this is all my fault i have failed again.
