Still here in hospital, bored put of my 💀 skull, not seen any docs yet=no idea what is happening yet.

My counsellor rang me re:missed appt, she'll make a space for me later in the week. We had a bit of a chat about things, which only served to distress me more, because I know despite her professionalism, she is really the ONLY person right now I can be completely honest & vulnerable. That means I really don't trust anyone else to help me meet my needs right now. This leaves me constantly stressed & emotional.

I'm logging out again so I can bury my head in a big book. Dealing my any feelings /emotions right now us making me feel physically ill.

Please look after yourselves.

There are not enough words that can adequately relay the depth of sadness & despair that pervades my whole being. . Why do I always have to pay the price for others mistakes? I can't live like this, being the one to explain why bills haven't been paid. Having to get a food handout last week for the first time in nearly 30years. No one but here knows the level of shame and humiliation that I have to endure. I never signed up for this. My life at this age was never supposed to be this hard. I I was supposed to be promoted, enjoying good times, gaining respect & admiration. Being THAT great professional that everyone loves. I have fallen lower than low. The darkness consumes me; it is swallowing me whole.
